Relish an evening of piano music à la Russe with the renowned Czech pianist. Scriabin and Rachmaninov promise an evening of musical passion and complexity combined.

Early Études and the late 'Black Mass' Sonata draw a portrait of Scriabin's development as piano composer over the course of his life, whilst also highlighting characteristic cross‐rhythms and mixed textures. Rachmaninov is of course the master of both, and his Études‐Tableaux, has many tales to tell, demanding technical brilliance from the performer.
