When you order online or register for a MyClassictic Account
We ask for the following Data:
• Name
• E-mail address
• Country
• Mobile phone number (optional)
• Date of birth (optional)
• Payment information.

How do we use the collected Data?

This Data is required in order to
• complete your order,
• send your order confirmation via e-mail,
• complete your payment,
• generate your e-Ticket (name and country will appear on the ticket),
• send you an e-Ticket via e-mail,
• inform the event organizer about your booking.

In some cases, completion of your order requires that we share some of your Data with our service partners (e.g. concert organizers). In such cases, we will only share your name and local contact details (e.g., to the extent provided, your local phone number, your mobile phone number, etc.) We do not provide our service providers with any other personal information.

Your Data is not shared with other third parties. This excludes our partners that require your Data in order to process your order (in particular the payment service provider engaged to process your payment). In these cases, however, only the minimum Data required will be transferred.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we may use your email address to send you information, news, and recommendations about our products and services. You may cancel your subscription at any time with future effect, either on our website using your free MyClassictic Account, or using the link at the end of each newsletter.

Personalized Information E-mails
We may also send you individualized information about our products and services, based on your previous orders. We only provide this service if you consent to receive such information. If you no longer wish to receive personalized e-mails, you may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect, either on our website using your free MyClassictic Account, or using the link at the end of each information e-mail.

How can I amend, block, or delete Data?

You may view and edit your user data in your free MyClassictic Account at any time by logging in with your e-mail address and your password. If you have forgotten your password or experience problems with the log-in process, please contact us.
You may request information about your stored Data. Such a request is free of charge. In this case, please e-mail our Customer Service (info@classictic.com). In cases for which storing of your Data is unlawful, if the original purpose of such storing no longer exists and has not been replaced by another purpose, or if there is another reason for deletion pursuant to Section 35 para. 2 of the German Federal Data Protection Act, then you have the right to request deletion of the Data.

If your right to request Data deletion is opposed by one of the cases set forth in Section 35 para. 3 nos. 1 to 3 of the German Federal Data Protection Act, then you may request blocking of your Data in lieu of deletion. You may also request blocking of your Data if you dispute the correctness of your personal data and if it is impossible to determine its correctness or incorrectness. Our Security Systems and Data Storage Systems

Classictic uses the highest industry standard, secure socket layer (SSL), when processing and storing data. We comply with the highest standards regarding quality, security, delivery and service.

In case of unauthorized access to personal data, Classictic is only responsible if the security measures described above are not met or if such access is otherwise culpably caused by Classictic. The customer is responsible for keeping his/her access data (user name and password) safe.
