Experience a part of Czech film history with the accompaniment of the Prague Symphony Orchestra. Winner of the 1965 Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film, 'The Shop on Main Street' is both chronicle and examination of a difficult period in Czech history.

Zdeněk Liška's powerful score comes to life under the baton of Peter Vrábel, as the Prague Symphony is joined by the renowned Kühn Choir, and by violinist Dalibor Karvay, and dulcimer virtuoso Jan Mikušek, for this special performance of a national treasure.
