South Korean soprano Sunhae Im and the Akademie für Alte Musik Berlin join forces in this concert featuring works by Scarlatti, Rameau, Corelli, Stradella and Couperin at the splendid Prinzregententheater in Munich.

Common theme of the concert is the figure of Orpheus, a Greek who descended into the underworld and used the power of his singing and music to persuade Hades to give him back his beloved Eurydice.
