Shanghai Quartet Performs Brahms (II)

About the Event

French clarinetist Michel Lethiec will join hands with members of the Shanghai Quartet to interpret Brahms’ famous Clarinet Quintet in B minor, Op.115. In 1891, attracted by clarinetist Richard Mühlfred’s sweet timbre and outstanding performance, Brahms wrote Clarinet Quintet in B minor, Op.115 and Clarinet Trio Op.114 in A Minor. These works became treasures in clarinet repertoire once they were completed.
