About the Event

St. Stephen's Cathedral (Stephansdom) is a unique and suitable venue for a performance of W.A. Mozart's Requiem on the anniversary of his death. Mozart was personally connected with St. Stephen's on many occasions during his lifetime, and even after his death he was laid out in the Cross Chapel of the cathedral.

The concert will begin at midnight and will end with the ringing of the bell at his time of death (December 5th at 0:55am. Enjoy a special concert evening with Vienna cathedral music!

The concert begins at midnight between December 4th and December 5th.
