Opera Arias at the Location of Tosca with Dinner: Chiesa di Ponte Sant'Angelo
About the Event
According to tradition, Tosca's tragic story ended in front of the ramparts of Castel Sant'Angelo in Rome. Relive that moment and many more operatic highlights at this concert: Arias from Tosca and other 19th century operas will be performed by soprano and tenor soloists accompanied by piano.
Soprano Lucilla Tumino and tenor Adriano Gentili offer emotional renditions of famous Italian opera arias at the lovely Chiesa di Ponte Sant'Angelo, directly across from Sant'Angelo Castle. The concert is followed by a typical Roman dinner.
