The Lower Third is a brand new grassroots live music space, just off London's historic Denmark Street. Under its previous guise as 12 Bar Club the venue was renowned for hosting early shows for acts who went on to reach stardom, including Adele, Regina Spektor and Jeff Buckley.
The venue reopened in 2022 as The Lower Third, honouring the name of a former band of David Bowie — one of Denmark Street's famous regulars.

A BBC Radio 3 Composer of the Week and described by The Observer as ‘the renaissance woman of contemporary British music’, the Belize‐born British composer has received steadily increasing attention over the last few years figuring amongst her many awards are a CBE and an Ivor Novello for Classical Music.
