New Year's Eve Gala Celebration in Budapest
About the Event
Welcome the New Year with festive music and dinner in one of Budapest's most beautiful venues, the Danube Palace.
The Budapest Gala Orchestra is joined by professional ballet dancers to perform well‐known classical works, as well as a variety of traditional Hungarian folk songs. Before the concert, you can savor a five‐course gala dinner.

After Midnight: Standing Reception and Party
Menu:
* Home‐made butter with blue cheese and walnut bread
* Goose‐liver paté with pistachio with prune foam and roasted sweet bread or Vegetable casserole with goat cheese with roasted sesame seed and carrot puree
* Chilli chickpea cream soup
* Roasted pork bacon with ginger carrot cream and fennel salad or Crispy courgette with marjoram seasoning and curry cream
* Saddle with thyme and walnut flavour, red wine jus, cramalized pears and chestnuts or Grilled ewe cheese with potatoes and olive‐tomato sauce
* Vigadó Royal dessert with salted caramel and orange with tarragon seasoning
A glass of wine for each course is included in the price.
