Lezhneva's career is made of the stuff of legends. Still in her early twenties, her phenomenal coloratura has seen her perform on most of the great concert platforms of Europe, and in an increasing number of the great opera houses also. Here the young soprano sings concert and opera arias from the classical to early‐Romantic periods  — works including Rossini's Otello and La Donna del Lago, Mozart's Cosí fan Tutte and Hasse's Siroe.
