About the Event

Revel in the warmth, charisma, and technical prowess of violinist Gil Shaham, performing Korngold's Concerto in D major with the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra.

The evening opens with John Adams' "The Chairman Dances" which Adams composed in 1985, while working on his opera, "Nixon in China". The evening closes with Dvořák's famous symphony "From the New World".
