Witness the collaboration of two great violinists at the Pierre Boulez Saal in Berlin. Gidon Kremer has been at the top of his field for four decades, while Clara‐Jumi Kang is a rapidly rising star.
Kremer and Kang come together for a program of 20th and 21st century music for one and two violins. The concert opens with Luigi Nono's final composition, created for Gidon Kremer in 1989. Prokofiev's Sonata for Two Violins closes this diverse program.
