About the Event
Legendary Russian pianist Elena Bashkirova performs a solo recital in the outstanding acoustics of the Chamber Music Hall of the Philharmonie Berlin.
Liszt's second ballad and 'Funérailles' open this evening's program, followed by Schumann's Piano Sonata No. 1 and Tchaikovsky's simple and beautiful 'Children's Album'. Bashkirova closes the evening with Scriabin's Piano Sonata No. 5.
