About the Event
These accomplished young French musicians have gained international renown in recent years. It is important to note that they are in no way associated with the infamous New York bankers who share a similar name. The band derived its name from a modest garage on Avenue Lehmann, where they first came together in Angoulême in 2012. At that time, they were still music students who aimed to revive the iconic jazz‐funk sound of the 1970s. Their influences range from renowned artists like Prince, Ghost‐Note, and D'Angelo. With the release of four EPs showcasing their original compositions, the six members of the band have honed their unique sound. Dresden audiences now have the opportunity to witness their exceptional talents and join in the energetic atmosphere created by their music, as they take to the stage in the renowned Reithalle venue.
