Boismortier: Don Quixote Visits the Duchess

Revel in a Baroque farce, as Versailles' Royal Opera plays host once again to the comic opera‐ballet of Boismortier. Rediscovered by Hervé Niquet in 1988, the work is brought at last to the stage by Corinne and Gilles Benizio (Shirley and Dino) with a cast of rising stars, and Emiliano Gonzalez Toro as the hapless Don.
