Celebrate the manifold riches of the classical canon. Switzerland's oldest orchestra — that of the Musikkollegium Winterthur — plays Beethoven and Saint‐Saëns under their principal conductor, Thomas Zehetmair.

One of the world's greatest cellists, Mischa Maisky, plays the Frenchman's unconventional, single‐movement First Concerto, while Beethoven's 'Pastoral' symphony transports listeners once again to a bucolic Elysium.
