Bach's St. John Passion with the French‐American master of historical performance practice William Christie and his ensemble.
Two complete passions by Bach have survived, the St. Matthew and St. John passions. The latter is the shorter and more trenchantly dramatic of the two – we will be presenting it with a leading figure of historical performance practice and his ensemble.
