Chamber Music

The Tammuz Piano Quartet was formed by Daniel Gaede (violin), Volker Jacobsen (viola), Gustav Rivinius (violoncello), and pianist Oliver Tirendl. Their debut concert took place on the renowned stage of the Schwetzingen Festival, and since then they are dedicated to interpretations not only with great artistry, but also with love and passion which is reflected in the name of the ensemble: ‘Tammuz’, who was in Babylo‐nian‐Assyrian mythology the beloved of Ischtar, the Godess of love.
