Orchestra

The renowned viola‐player Yuri Bashmet founded the Moscow Soloists chamber orchestra in 1992. Since then, the Moscow Soloists have toured in forty countries on five continents, and appeared in such prestigious concert venues as the Carnegie Hall New York, Musikverein Vienna, Concertgebow Amsterdam, Suntory Hall Tokyo, Philharmonic Hall Berlin, Barbican London, Cite de la Music in Paris, and many others. 

In 2008, the orchestra won with its founder Yuri Bashmet one of the Grammy Awards.
