Celebrate the official beginning of the Latvian presidency of the Council of the European Union with mezzo‐soprano Elîna Garanča, one of the most charismatic artists of her generation.

Embark on a musical journey across Europe and through several musical eras, from the France of Berlioz to the Russia of Tchaikovsky via the contemporary Latvia of Dzenitis and Ešenvalds. The Latvian star will be accompanied by the National Orchestra of Belgium and conductor Karel Mark Chichon.
