Young Latvian violin star Baiba Skride accompanies the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra through a program of romatic 19th century works by Dvorak and Prokofiev in this special concert at the Auditorio Nacional in Madrid.

Baiba Skride burst onto the international classic music scene in 2001 after winning the prestigious Queen Elisabeth Violin Contest. Currently based in Hamburg, the young Latvian virtuoso is one of the most sought after violinists in Europe.
