The Vogler Quartet has an extraordinary history among chamber music ensembles:
Founded in 1985, it won the prestigious competition for string quartets in Evian, France, just one year later and developed into one of the most sought‐after chamber ensembles internationally. For thirty years now, the quartet's line‐up has remained unchanged and convinces with chamber music intelligence, technical sovereignty and interpretive sensitivity. In doing so, they create an unmistakable string quartet sound that constantly gains new perspectives through their lively ensemble culture.
