Travel back in time with Ensemble Royale de Paris and Iris Scialom as they perform the classical music by Mozart, Schubert, Händel, Bach, Vivaldi, Pachelbel and Saint‐Saëns in Paris's stunning Eglise Saint‐Julien‐le‐Pauvre.
Faustine de Monès is an award‐winning soprano who has been praised by The Guardian for her soulful expressiveness and natural presence. She has performed on international stages including Carnegie Hall's Weill Recital Hall, the Barbican Theatre, the Israeli Opera House, the Oslo Opera House and on Radio France Musique under the baton of many famous conductors.
Faustine won the contemporary prize at the Enescu International Singing Competition, the first prize and the audience prize at the Vivonne International Competition and the duo prize at the Mélodie Française Competition in Toulouse.
Dorian Rambaud is the most promising French violinist. He has already won three prizes at national and international violin competitions.
This church was built in the 13th century in the Romanesque style and is one of the oldest religious buildings in Paris.
The church is located in the heart of the city centre, just 300 metres from Notre‐Dame.

This was an incredible concert! Thomas Tobing is a tremendous musician and I bought his CD on the way out. His style is so elegant and the program was beautifully rendered. One is sitting in Paris' oldest church, listening to fabulous music — this could not have been better! Highly recommend?

パリの旅でのハイライトの一つでした。ストライキの最中でしたが、教会の雰囲気の中で非日常の時間でした。パワフルな演奏で素晴らしかったです。難を言えば席の配置が演奏に少し遠かったので、もう少しコンパクトになると良かったと思います。
