Completed in 1993, the majestic Suomen Kansallisooppera (Finnish National Opera House) in Helsinki, with its magnificent curving glass wall, will delight visitors. Operas have been staged in Helsinki for over 120 years and this Finish capitol city, which is renowned for its combination of modern and tradition, is proud to present opera performances that are exceptional. The Finnish National Opera has its own permanent orchestra and choir and also a ballet company.
