Spanish Synagogue

The oldest Jewish building in Prague is the Spanish Synagogue. Its Neo‐Moorish structure was built in 1868 to replace the previously demolished Old Synagogue.
Restored in 1998, the Spanish Synagogue boast stunning golden and geometric decorations, with a domed ceiling, Islamic motifs and stained glass.
The Spanish Synagogue has become a popular venue for classical and contemporary music.
