Portraits of a Composer: Beethoven and Strauss

About the Event

Luxuriate in the musical riches of two great Germanic composers. I Pomeriggi Musicali collaborates with Gioventù Musicale to present the young Korean pianist Yekwon Sunwoo, winner of the prestigious Van Cliburn Competition in 2017, as he plays Beethoven's Fouth Piano Concerto.

Acclaimed conductor Daniele Callegari conducts the orchestra in Richard Strauss' orchestral suite Le bourgeois gentilhomme to complete the program at Milan's Teatro dal Verme.
