Franconia's most popular TV and star chef, Alexander Herrmann, creates the delicious four‐course menu at PALAZZO Nuremberg. The 'Restaurant Alexander Herrmann' in Wirsberg has been awarded a Michelin star, among others, and the 'Alexander Herrmann Cooking School' was named Cooking School of the Year 2011 by Gault&Millau.

Alexander Herrmann's delicacies from the kitchen will be accompanied by artistic highlights on stage.

'Kings & Queens' is the title of our new show — and this name says it all: Welcome to the dazzling era of royal houses, castles and palaces. Immerse yourself in the world of lovable heroes, proud noblewomen and droll jesters and experience a modern fairytale.

Manege: You sit at tables of 4, 8 or 10 in the inner circle of the Mirror Palace directly around the centre stage.
Rang: You sit at rectangular tables of 6 or 8 outside the inner circle.
Loge: You will be seated at tables of 6 or 7 at the edge of the tent.

Classic four‐course menu
Hors d'oeuvre
Lukewarm tartlet of salmon trout with its own caviar on romaine lettuce and avocado, served with cress, crème fraîche and sourdough chips
Intermediate course
Tartlet of bread dumpling and roasted mushrooms, parsley puree, morel cream sauce and pickled tomatoes
Main course
Pink roasted saddle of beef with nut butter carrot and plucked red wine braised beef with rosemary mashed potatoes
