Mozart & Strauss at Schönbrunn Palace: Dinner & Concert

About the Event

Enjoy this exquisite event at Schönbrunn Palace in the historic city of Vienna and indulge in music by Mozart and Strauss in the unique atmosphere of the breathtaking baroque palace after a delicious 3‐course meal.

The first part of the concert features some of the most marvelous overtures, arias, and duets from the operas by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, including 'Le Nozze di Figaro', 'Die Zauberflöte' and 'Don Giovanni'. Popular operetta arias, waltzes, and polkas by the 'Waltz King', Johann Strauss, comprise the second part of the program. Highlights include excerpts from 'Die Fledermaus', 'Der Zigeunerbaron', the 'Donauwalzer' and the famous 'Radetzkymarsch'.

The orchestra is accompanied by two opera singers, a soprano and a baritone, and two ballet dancers in authentic costumes.

The Menu

Starter: Consomme of boiled beef with semolina gnocchi

Main Course: braised beef roast with shallot jus, served with Viennese potato tart & cherry pearl tomatoes

Dessert: original Viennese apple strudel with whipped cream
