La Bohème: Paris Opera
About the Event
Claus Guth's futuristic new production of La Bohème offers a fresh perspective on Puccini's masterwork. Acclaimed conductor Lorenzo Viotti leads an extraordinary cast.
Offering some of the most beautiful music in opera history, La Bohème is a timeless tale about the struggle of an artist and a poet facing starvation and despair in a hopelessly materialistic world. In the end, love and art seem to be the only means of transcendence, even in the face of tragedy and death.
In Italian with French and English surtitles
