About the Event

Two pianists, four hands, twenty fingers take Carl Reinecke into focus. Already in 2022 Genova & Dimitrov recorded the complete works for two pianos of this year's anniversary on CD.
The internationally celebrated piano duo met by chance. At the Hanover Conservatory, they had two pianos but only one room at their disposal.
So they practiced a Chopin etude in sync. 'It was as if we had been given wings'.
