About the Event
The Oratory of the Gonfalone offers a new series of appointments to discover the history of the striking depictions that adorn its Auditorium.
Created during the 16th century, the splendid frescoes were conceived by Jacopo Bertoja, an extraordinary painter originally from Parma, who lent his services to the influential Farnese dynasty from 1568.
Accompanying the narration by art historian Francesca Macera will be music by Antonio Vivaldi and Alessandro Stradella.
