About the Event
Experience some of the most beautiful 19th century opera arias, in the Sacristy of the Church of St. Agnes in Agone, on Rome's famous Piazza Navona. Tenor and soprano soloists accompanied by piano perform works by Giuseppe Verdi, Giacomo Puccini, Gioacchino Rossini, and Franz Lehar.
The recently restored Sacristy, designed by Francesco Borromini, with impressive frescoes and original furnishings, offers a magical atmosphere for these masterpieces of the opera repertoire.

This was our 2nd Opera, and may I say was just as impressive we loved every minute and it was at a perfect time as we had a lovely meal after, only one problem getting to the place by 6pm — the traffic was mad!
This was a wonderful concert. It was more than I expected. The singers were engaging and their voices were excellent. The pianist was excellent as well. The length of time was perfect and the well as the song selections. I would highly recommend a concert such as this while visiting Rome.
One of the highlights of our trip to Rome, I would highly recommend.
The performance and the venue were fantastic!!
Very professional performers. Amazing venue. Top class experience
Wonderful soprano, lovely break from hectic city!
Fantastic performance and accoutic in the church.
Absolutely fantastic. Enjoyed every second of it. It was intimate and very professionally performed. Thank you for such an enjoyable evening.
It was more than we hoped for. The setting was beautiful and the performance was excellent
An awesome venue and a fantastic soprano
The musicians were extra extraordinaty!!! Amazing. We had such a great time. The Tenor was lovely but the Sopran was just amazing. The three of them (along side the organ player) created a very special evening for us.
Excellent opera singers and excellent acoustics. Lovely venue and not too many people to enjoy the experience
The performance was outstanding. Both singers and the pianist were brilliant!! I especially loved Adriano Gentili, the tenor, who has the most amazingly beautiful voice. I saw this performance last year and came back to Italy especially to see it again. I have been so excited all year about coming to this concert. It was wonderful. So much talent. I do hope I can come again one day. I had the best evening ever. The best hour of my year so far!!
Outstanding performance in an outstanding venue. In the past this church was hardly ever open. I am glad they are making use of the sacristy. Also having the performance at a more reasonable hour allows for a late dinner on this square or another square close by.
All three performers were excellent… in fact, the soprano was outstanding! Kudos!
Great voices beautiful basilica

Brilliant! Sensitive pianist enhancing fabulous voices.
