Before boarding the gondola, your guide will familiarize you with the traditions. As a special gift, you will receive a traditional Mardi Gras mask to wear during the ride and take home. Meeting Point:
Venice Tours Assistance Point in St. Mark's Square, Calle Larga Ascensione #1257.The Assistance Point is the big grey newsstand between Fendi boutique and Poste Italiane (Post Office) with a sign 'VENICE TOURS – ASSISTANCE POINT'. Please be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time.

With Piazza San Marco and the arches of Museo Correr at your back and the Poste Italiane (Post Office) in front of you, find on your left Venice Tours Assistance Point, the big grey newsstand (with many souvenir and newspapers).
The newsstand is located between Fendi Boutique and Poste Italiane (Post Office) and has the sign 'VENICE TOURS – ASSISTANCE POINT'.

It is mandatory to be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time.

This tour is not fully accessible for wheelchair users or people with walking disabilities.

Free for children under 2 years only if they do not occupy an own seat.

Comfortable shoes are suggested.

This is a shared tour, which means there might be other participants going on the tour with you.

Each gondola can accomodate up to maximum 5 people the seat aboard cannot be chosen but will be assigned by the gondolier depending on guests weight.

The tour group 'Gondola Serenade' includes a couple of musicians (a singer + a musician) that will be boarded in one of the gondolas to perform throughout the trip, there is not a couple of musicians on each gondola to permit all participants to listen the serenade, the musicians will board on a gondola in the centre of the row.
