Glinka, Mozart, Prokofiev: Budapest Festival Orchestra

About the Event

Conductor Vladimir Fanshil makes his debut with a program which combines three genres and three eras of classical music.

The evening begins with Glinka's Waltz Fantasy which, composed in 1839, brings to life the memory of grand balls. For Mozart's "Concertone" the orchestra will be joined by the violinists Mária Gál‐Tamási and Anikó Mózes. The evening closes with Prokofiev's Seventh Symphony.
