In this highly‐anticipated concert, hear the mellifluous sounds of classical music by Giacomo Puccini and Albert Guinovart at Barcelona's treasured and world‐renowned Palau de la Música Catalana.

Ermonela Jaho is one of the most sought‐after, well‐known and respected sopranos of our time. A regular guest artist at renowned opera houses around the world, she will make her debut with our orchestra at the Palau de la Música. There she will perform a selection of Puccini's most famous arias — works that have made her a living legend in the opera world.

In addition, Jaho will also appear as vocal soloist in a new symphony composed by Albert Guinovart to commemorate the centenary of Victoria de los Ángeles' birth. These two artists have worked closely together for about ten years, and now Jaho will showcase her extraordinary voice in this special work.
