Celebrate St. Stephen's Day with us on 20 August in Budapest and enjoy the breathtaking fireworks from a luxury catamaran and a 5 course dinner.
20 August is the biggest holidays in Hungary, celebrated with spectacular fireworks. 20 August commemorates the founding of the Hungarian state. It is also known as St Stephen's Day, in memory of Stephen I, the first King of Hungary and founder of the Kingdom of Hungary.
During the fireworks, the river will be closed and the boats must moor at their assigned moorings. Mooring before the fireworks will take place at 20:50. Guests are welcome to enjoy the sights from the mooring in the city centre. The tour will continue after the fireworks.
The Departure Place is one of the most popular places in the city centre. You get the chance to see the whole show from the front row.
The excellent pianists play the songs in parallel and alternately and entertain the guests with their piano dialogue, where they playfully licitate each other and court the favour of the beautiful hostess, with melancholic as well as entertaining melodies.

Starter: Spring salad with honey mustard dressing/Buchée bites filled with a selection of traditional creams

Main course: Beef stew served with homemade egg barely and pickles / Marinated chicken breast slices served on a creamy risotto bed and truffle oil / Baked cod fillet with sautéed vegetables and chive‐mayonnaise sauce / Duck leg confit with steamed red cabbage and cheesy potato casserole with onion / Grilled cheese, fresh garden salad and balsamic vinegar
Dessert: Breezy tapioca pudding made with coconut milk and served with honey and forest fruit coulis / Chocolate brownie with salted caramel sauce
