About the Event
Experience one of the TOP highlights of the city of Salzburg from the beginning of April to the end of October!
Combine a Salzburg fortress concert with a popular boat trip on the Salzach and discover Salzburg and its surroundings from its most beautiful angle.
The river cruise starts in the heart of the Old Town by the jetty „Anlegestelle Altstadt” (by the Makart bridge) and takes you to the south of the city against the backdrop of the impressive Old Town and past one of the most desirable villa areas of the town before the mighty Tennen and Hagen mountain range reveals itself to you, after which the ship embarks on the return journey. The Tour I lasts approximately 40 minutes.
After the tour treat yourself to a concert overlooking Salzburg and its surrounding countryside. The most magnificent part of the Hohensalzburg fortress, the 'Fürstenzimmer', offers a brilliant view of the city, and Mozart's music fills the air.
The price includes the River Cruise, a round‐trip ride with the fortress funicular and the entrance fee to the fortress, starting 60 minutes before the beginning of the event.
The concert venue unfortunately does not provide disabled access for people with limited mobility.
