Experience an evening that combines the culinary delights of Vienna with the fascinating world of Empress Elisabeth, better known as “Sisi.”
While enjoying a Sisi‐inspired menu, experience a dramatic biography of Empress Elisabeth’s life based on her secret poetic diary, which was only released in the 1980s. Enjoy an exclusive three‐course menu featuring traditional Austrian specialties.
But the Sisi Dinner is more than just a dinner—it’s a multimedia journey through time through the life of the legendary empress. In three acts, you’ll experience theater, fine dining, and dance just like at the Viennese imperial court.
The Sisi Dinner takes place at the Hotel Stefanie, Vienna’s oldest hotel (built in 1600).

6:30 p.m.: Reception in the reception halland registration in the court ceremony log, awarding of titles of nobility, 1 glass of violet sparkling wine as a welcome drink
7:00 p.m.: Act 1 – “The Empress's Fateful Years” 15‐minute play in the small ceremonial hall
7:15 p.m.: Appetizer in the ballroom Drinks, beef soup with garnish
7:45 p.m.: Act 2 – “The Young Empress” 15‐minute play
8:00 p.m.: Main course with music Boiled beef or porcini mushroom ravioli
8:30 p.m.: Act 3 – “The Empress's Golden Years” 15‐minute play
8:45 p.m.: Dessert with music Apple strudel and Kaiserschmarren duet
9:00 p.m.: Multimedia walk “Die Fledermaus” overture
