About the Event

A special place opens its doors: The chapel of the crypt of St. Peter’s Church, normally closed to the public, becomes a space for peace and reflection during the Advent season.
Mario Eritreo, an internationally sought‐after master of his craft, will perform on the chapel’s small electric organ, which was deliberately chosen to complement the intimate character of the space. His carefully curated program creates an atmosphere far removed from the hustle and bustle of the holiday season—a moment to pause and take a deep breath.
The concert is complemented by the famous, atmospheric nativity scene exhibition in the crypt, which rounds out the evening in a special way and brings the contemplative atmosphere of Advent to life.
The crypt and chapel are comfortably heated year‐round.
