Le Concert d’Astrée and Emmanuelle Haïm stand as leading figures in contemporary baroque music and will grace us again this year. They will be joined by two distinguished soloists: soprano Emöke Baráth and countertenor Carlo Vistoli.

Giovanni Battista Pergolesi completed the Stabat Mater shortly before he passed away at twenty‐six. Drawn from a 13th‐century poem that has evolved over time, it is among the most utilized religious texts by composers. Pergolesi’s interpretation remains the most circulated 18th‐century musical work and one of the earliest still frequently performed, alongside Handel’s Messiah.
