Experience one of the leading orchestras of the world led by Hungarian conductor and composer Peter Eötvös, in this concert featuring works by Eötvös himself, Schönberg, and Mahler.

Premiered in 2015, Eötvös' 'Halleluja — Oratorium Balbulum' can be described as a secular oratorio. It deals with topics and issues of our everyday life, in this case the resurrection of borders and fences and the differentiation between 'us' and 'others'. The theme is found again in Schönberg's a cappella choral work 'Frieden auf Erden' (Peace on Earth).
