Berlin born virtuosic pianist Martin Helmchen enjoys a varied international career on the concert stage. Celebrated in particular for his interpretations of Shostakovich, he performs the 9th Symphony together with Konzerthausorchester Berlin under the direction of Nicholas Milton.
