Enjoy Mozart's great opera 'Così fan tutte', this season at the magnificient Teatro Real in Madrid with film director Michael Haneke as stage director.

After his examination of the institution of marriage and the ways of desire in Don Giovanni, Mozart shows us that love is a heavenly and a bitter journey at once. But in a letter to his wife, written at a time when she had an affair with his student and in the texts of his operas, we discover his liberal and humanist vision of love: we can only live knowing the complexity of the relationship between desire and love, as described by Octavio Paz in The Double Flame.

Classictic recommends ticket categories A and B for a completely unobstructed view of the performance.  Seats in categories C, D, E may have partially obstructed view, and the stage is hardly or not at all visible from seats in categories F, G, H.
