Lost Letters is the debut production by Lucía Lacarra Ballet, founded by ten dancers including the internationally renowned Lucía Lacarra and former Royal Ballet performer Matthew Golding. The performance is a poignant exploration of love and loss during wartime, blending cinematic visuals with elegant neoclassical choreography set to the emotive music of Rachmaninov and Richter. Through a narrative of interrupted love, the show prompts audiences to consider the depth of communication found in handwritten letters, a stark contrast to today's instantaneous digital interactions.
