His exceptional talent has also been recognized at the Ciudad de Ferrol, Pozzoli in Seregno, and Schumann in Düsseldorf competitions.
As a soloist, Cecino has had the privilege of performing with renowned orchestras including the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, Orchestra del Teatro La Fenice, Simfònica del Vallès, Sinfónica de Galicia, Düsseldorf Symphony Orchestra, Sichuan Philharmonic, Bacau Philharmonic, FVG Orchestra, Orchestra Sinfonica Città di Roma, Morbegno Vivaldi Orchestra, and Pordenone San Marco Orchestra.
