A cycle of concerts exploring the dialogues and the boundaries between music and film: their harmony, their bond, but also borrowing from each other that enriches them both.

Fred Pallem affirms: 'French film composers are, of course, not better than others, but they do have a certain style in the choice of melodies, of rhythms…' At the head of his genre‐bending big band with variable instrumentation, Pallem revisits the repertoire of the French film composers who influenced an entire generation of musicians.
