Filipe Manu at OMEARA

About the Event

Filipe Manu, a talented tenor hailing from New Zealand and Tonga, will grace the stage at London Bridge's renowned OMEARA club.

Manu's impressive repertoire will feature a mix of both folk and classical songs, accompanied by his skilled guitar and piano playing. Don't miss the chance to experience his captivating performance.

Tongan tenor Filipe Manu is currently on the prestigious Jette Parker Young Artist Programme at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden where in the 2018/19 season made his company debut as Hippolyt in Phaedra whilst in his final year on the Guildhall School of Music and Drama Opera programme.

Set up by Ben Lovett of Mumford & Sons in 2016, OMEARA has quickly become one of London's leading live music venues.

A short walk from London Bridge and Borough Market, in the “Low Line” area of Bankside, OMEARA is nestled under a string of railway arches.

They've hosted the likes of The Pretenders, The Maccabees, and Biffy Clyro, but noisenights were first classical shows to grace their stripped‐back stage — we're returning for the first time since a sold‐out debut in October 2022.
