About the Event
Duo du Toit‐Kooper present their new album, She/Her. Maria du Toit (clarinet) and Vera Kooper (piano) delved into works by women composers around the world, ranging from 19th‐century France to contemporary Nigeria. Much repertoire fell into oblivion or even turned out to be so undiscovered that it had never been recorded. This duo has made it their mission to highlight these composers and dedicates this special album to their work. At this concert, the duo will play some of these undiscovered gems, complemented by other works that make the evening a varied one.
