Special guest this 8th Zermatt Festival is the Swiss Daniel Schnyder, a brilliant bridgebuilder between classical music and jazz. As Composer in Residence and saxophonist, he will create enticing accents with his own works; which include this world premiere!

Zermatt in September is not only a special experience for nature lovers. The eighth Zermatt Festival will also take music lovers to seventh heaven! On the concert stage, the Scharoun Ensemble Berlin, as always the core of the Zermatt Festival Orchestra, is joined by trombonist Stefan Schulz.

The late‐summer at the foot of the Matterhorn will resound with the finest of classical music concerts.
