Christian Rizzo: Opéra National de Lyon
About the Event
Christian Rizzo, director of the Centre chorégraphique national de Montpellier, presents his new dance piece, 'Le Syndrome Ian', on the stage of the Opéra de Lyon.
The is the last work of a triptych, which began with Rizzo's previous creations, 'D'après une histoire vraie' (2013) and 'Ad Noctum' (2015), each of them exploring popular dances. 'Le Syndrome Ian' probes the club atmosphere and dances of the disco and post‐punk eras of the 70s and 80s.
